Das Apartment BARBARESCO ist im ersten Stock und ueber eine Stein-Aussentreppe haben Sie direkten Zugang zur Terasse. Dort stehen im zarten Schatten eines Oliven- und Feigenbaumes ein Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und Gartenstuehlen bereit um das Fruehstueck zu geniessen.
Auf dem naturbelassenen, nicht umzaeunten Hanggrundstueck, sued-suedwest, stehen Liegen und Tischchen zur Entspannung, zum Lesen oder einfach nur in die Ferne sehen bereit.
Der Blick ueber das Bormidatal auf den Niellahuegel ist grandios. Und wenn die Sonne unvergleichlich hinter den Bergen versinkt, geniessen Sie Ihr Glas Wein und lassen den Tag einfach ausklingen.

Der Preis für die Anmietung unseres Ferienobjekt beginnt je nach
Saison bei 350.00 € / Woche .
Bei der Anmietung ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 150.00 € zu hinterlegen.

Zusatz
Die Preise gelten fuer 2 Personen/Woche. Mindestaufenthalt 3 Tage in der Hauptsaison 1 Woche. Jede weitere Person Euro 30.--/Woche auch bei 3 Tagen.

Im Preis enthalten sind Bad- und Bettwaesche und Geschirrtuecher. Der Gas-, Strom- und Wasserverbrauch ist im Preis enthalten ebenso wie die Endreinigung.

Ihr Haustier kostet Euro 25,--/Aufenthalt.

Vorsaison: 15.03.08 - 25.04.08 Euro 399,--/Woche
Hauptsaison: 26.04.08 - 12.09.08 Euro 499,--/Woche
