Ferienwohnungen Anna und Branko
Alle Ferienwohnungen bestehen aus drei komplett eingerichteten Zimmern:
* Klimaanlage in jeder Ferienwohnung
* Wohnbereich inkl. TV-Geraet / Sat.-Empfang Astra
* kpl. eingerichtete Kueche (inkl. Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher)
* je ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und getrennten Betten
* Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche bzw. Wanne
* grosse Terrasse oder Balkon mit freiem Blick zum Meer
Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in ruhiger Lage im Gruenen. Der grosse Garten laedt zu Freizeit-Aktivitaeten, wie Federball etc., ein oder auch einfach nur zum Sonnenbaden. Vor dem Haus sind genuegend beleuchtete Parkplaetze vorhanden.
Ihre Unterkunft ist ca. 2000 m vom Strand entfernt. Parkmoeglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Strand.

Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 60 m².

* Salzburg => Villach
* Villach => Jesenice (Grenzuebergang am "Karawankentunnel" nach Slowenien)
* Jesenice => Kranj
* Kranj => Ljubljana
* Ljubljana => Koper bzw. Pula / Poreć (HR)
* In Koper die Ausfahrt "Pula / Poreć" nehmen und ueber den Grenzuebergang "Dragonja" nach Kroatien fahren.
* Dragonja => Pula (Poreć / Novigrad)
* Dann der Beschilderung in Richtung "Rijeka / Pula" folgen und die Ausfahrt "Novigrad" nehmen.
* Anschliessend rechts nach Novgrad abbiegen.

Wir sind in BU�INIJA, ca. 2 km vor Novigrad. 50 m nach dem Ortsschild von Bu�inija sehen Sie die Gaststaette "Nino". Fahren Sie direkt davor die kleine Strasse rechts ab und dann gleich wieder die erste links.
